The Harford Cecil Volunteer Firemen’s Association is led by a dedicated team of elected officers and appointed committee chairs who represent the many areas that support our volunteer fire and EMS service. Together, they uphold the Association’s mission to strengthen cooperation, enhance standardization, and promote safety across all member companies. Through their leadership and commitment, the Association continues to advance growth, encourage effective communication, and foster strong community engagement throughout Harford and Cecil Counties.
